What Past Participants Say
“Getting our community ready for AI felt like a huge, vague (perhaps even impossible) project before starting this program. Richard broke it down into clear dimensions we could actually assess and act on, one week at a time. The sessions were very practical: the most valuable element for me was the several interactive tools he prepared each week. We used them on our own real data, so I was applying what I learned to our actual community in real time, not just in theory. The fact that we received the recordings was a bonus, as I missed a couple of sessions and was able to quickly catch up. The discussions with other community teams were also worthwhile. I connected with clever (and really lovely) peers across different industries who were facing similar challenges and applied creative solutions, so there was always something new to learn from them. Each week, I left with a clear picture of where our community stands, and a realistic plan for what to do next. I'd sign up again in a heartbeat.”
“I knew getting our community AI-ready was critical this year. But without a clear roadmap, it felt like a massive, almost insurmountable project, and I didn't want to waste valuable time doing things the wrong way only to have to redo them later. The AI-readiness workshop changed my perspective. The step-by-step process was incredibly practical and seeing his live examples of his agentic tools gave me the exact blueprint I needed to build my own, saving me countless hours. I'm walking away with the confidence and a clear roadmap to make our community an AI-ready space that serves our customers, partners, and internal teams. I've taken many of Rich's courses over the years, but the highly interactive, workshop-style format of this one was my favorite. Connecting and exchanging ideas with other community managers was invaluable and my only complaint is that it's over!”
“This program helped me go from being overwhelmed about how to understand if our community was AI ready, to leading the team on an AI readiness project. Our team now has a firm grip on our AI readiness, and a path to maintain it for the future. The program was really useful in breaking down all of the relevant, related concepts for me to get a clear understanding. Also, Richard was available for questions and the students all had the chance to have a lot of open discussions among each other.”
“FeverBee's AI Ready Communities program was instrumental in validating and refining our AI strategy. The guidance on authority and freshness signals, the opportunity to better understand the distinctions between LLM and RAG optimization, and the readiness diagnostics frameworks and tools have provided actionable insights we can immediately apply. Just as valuable has been the opportunity to learn from other organizations in the cohort, helping us benchmark our progress and evolve our Community + AI framework with greater confidence. We highly recommend the program to organizations looking to strengthen their community and AI strategy, accelerate their learning, and gain practical guidance from both experts and peers.”
“The program content and the attendees are what made this experience fantastic for me. There was a great framework for success around what we wanted to accomplish, along with incredible people to connect with who were on the same journey. The connections with others in the industry were almost worth the program on their own! Everyone was open and honest about where they are and what struggles they were facing. It was great to learn from those shared experiences and hear about the hiccups others encountered. We were able to fast-track our collective findings and adapt accordingly. Overall, it was wonderful to learn from Richard and the others in the program and walk away with our community in a better place!”
